1. Participation
By participating in a Habit Abhi interview, feature, shoot, collaboration, or story submission, you confirm that you are voluntarily participating and that the information shared by you is true to the best of your knowledge.
2. Permission to Record and Publish
Subject to your consent, you allow Habit Abhi by Abhinav to record, photograph, edit, publish, distribute, and promote your interview, voice, image, name, profession, story, quotes, social links, and habit-related content.

YouTube
X/Twitter
WhatsApp sharing
Digital posters or thumbnails
Presentations, media kits, or promotional materials related to Habit Abhi
4. Editing
Habit Abhi may edit content for clarity, length, storytelling, captions, subtitles, formatting, and platform suitability. We aim to preserve the meaning and dignity of the guest’s story.
5. Compensation
Being featured on Habit Abhi does not automatically create a payment obligation unless there is a separate written agreement. Paid, sponsored, barter, or collaborative features may be disclosed clearly wherever required.
6. Ownership
You retain ownership of your personal story and identity. Habit Abhi owns or controls the creative edits, layout, design, captions, video cuts, thumbnails, and final published presentation created by Habit Abhi unless otherwise agreed.
7. Withdrawal or Removal Requests
You may request correction or removal of specific content by contacting Habit Abhi. We will review requests in good faith. However, already-published or re-shared content on third-party platforms may not always be fully removable.
8. Accuracy
Guests are responsible for ensuring that the information, achievements, claims, and stories they share are accurate and not misleading.
